Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your support, and we hope you're happy with your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please see below for more information on our return policy.
All online sales and markdown items are final sales.
Clothing, Jewelry, and accessories are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchanges. If eligible for returns, refunds will be for store credit only unless otherwise stated.
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original/new packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase, and return to the following address:

If you are eligible for a return all retunes must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
At this time we will not be accepting returns from Hiddengemny.com unless demanded. However please free free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Items sent back without the proper information and approval will not be given a refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the day we receive your item to process your return. We offer full refunds for damaged items only for all other retunes STORE CREDIT ONLY (unless stated otherwise). We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
